Tilly Twomley is ready for a change after feeling overwhelmed by her lack of executive functioning skills. Even though interning at her older sister's start-up isn't her first choice, Tilly sees it as an opportunity to travel Europe and figure out her next steps.

Oliver Clark is sure of what he wants in life. His autism has made relationships challenging, but his passion for colour theory and design helps him connect with the world around him. Everything seems to be falling into place for Oliver with his dream internship, until he's paired with the lively and sometimes frustrating Tilly for the summer. Despite their differences, as they spend more time together, Oliver starts to feel emotions he can't quite explain, making him question if he really has everything figured out.

As Tilly and Oliver's bond strengthens, they discover that the best moments in life are the ones that can't be planned.
